AR1000V identifies an Arkansas individual income tax payment sent by mail. The official copy reviewed here is prefilled for tax year 2025 with an April 15, 2026 due date. Its mailing destination depends on whether the return was filed electronically or is being sent on paper.

### Who uses the individual payment voucher?

Use AR1000V with a mailed check or money order for an individual return, including an amended return when marked accordingly. It does not calculate the tax or file the annual return. The paper-return instructions name AR1000F and AR1000NR.

The instructions also permit payment through Arkansas Taxpayer Access Point, ATAP. Keep electronic payment evidence if using that route. An online payment and a paper payment must not unintentionally duplicate the same balance.

### Completing the SSNs, payment and amendment choice

Use the primary taxpayer and spouse order shown on the return. Enter the actual payment with cents, not an estimated income figure.

| Field | What to enter or check |
| --- | --- |
| Identification | Primary SSN and spouse SSN when applicable; taxpayer name, address, city, state, ZIP and telephone. |
| Tax period | Check the preprinted tax year 2025; supply the fiscal year-end when applicable. The printed due date is April 15, 2026. |
| Amount paid | Actual remittance including cents; the form gives 1,234,567.89 as its number-format example. |
| Amended return? | Choose Yes for payment of an amended return, or No for an original-return payment. |
| Software and controls | The official copy has DFA WEB/software identification and a processing code. Use the print control after entries; keep those generated identifiers intact. |

There is no taxpayer signature block on this voucher. Any signature on the tax return and the check or money order is separate. Cut along the dotted line: the instructions warn that leaving the voucher undetached can delay processing.

### Where to mail: e-filed and paper returns use different boxes

For a return already filed electronically, mail AR1000V and the check or money order to Arkansas State Income Tax, P.O. Box 8149, Little Rock, AR 72203-8149.

When sending a paper return with payment, mail AR1000V, the check or money order and AR1000F or AR1000NR to Arkansas State Income Tax, P.O. Box 2144, Little Rock, AR 72203-2144. Mark Yes if the payment is for an amended return in either route.

Make the check or money order payable in U.S. dollars to Department of Finance and Administration. Include the SSN and/or account number on it, as directed by the form.

### When the payment is due and how to keep its record

Tax-return payments should be mailed by the return’s due date. The printed April 15, 2026 date for calendar 2025 has passed at this review. Completing this voucher does not change the payment deadline or create an extension. For another tax year use the matching voucher rather than overwriting a preprinted period.

Retain the completed voucher, remittance and mailing evidence or ATAP confirmation. Arkansas AR1055 addresses the separate filing-extension process. If a late balance has been assessed, reconcile the amount with DFA rather than assuming the original return balance includes later charges.
