You can write in English or in the language of the guide you are writing about.
Reporting a mistake
Corrections help everyone who reads the page after you. To make them quick to check, please include:
- the address of the page,
- the form and the line or box concerned,
- what the page says and what you think it should say, with a link to the official source if you have one.
On a guide page, the “Report a problem with this form” button does the same job for the form itself: an outdated version, a wrong PDF, or a file that will not open.
What we cannot help with
We are not a tax office and cannot see your file, change a filing, extend a deadline or tell you what you owe. Questions about your own return go to the agency that issued the form, or to a tax adviser. The official contact page for each agency is linked from its page on this site.
We also cannot fill in or file forms on anyone’s behalf.
Other matters
For anything else, including privacy requests, use the same address. Requests about personal data are described in the privacy policy.
