Forms, rules, deadlines and amounts change, sometimes without much notice. We date every guide and link to the agency’s own copy, but the agency’s published form and instructions are what count. If a guide and the official material disagree, follow the official material, and please tell us.
Your situation may also differ from the cases a guide describes. If a form has consequences you are unsure about, ask the agency or a qualified tax professional before filing.

Formspedia is independent. It is not run by, endorsed by or connected with the IRS, HMRC, any state, provincial or national tax authority, or any other government body. Names of agencies, forms and programmes belong to their owners and are used only to identify the forms we describe.
Filling in forms on this site
Where a guide shows a fillable copy of a form, it is the agency’s own PDF opened in your browser. You are responsible for what you enter, for checking the printed result, and for filing it with the right office by the right date. We do not receive, store or submit the forms you complete here.

Guides link mainly to government websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.
