This guide covers the official 2024 AR1000CRV, which prints April 15, 2025 as its due date. It is a historical, period-specific composite income tax payment voucher. It must not be mistaken for a 2025 or 2026 estimated-tax payment form.

Who uses this composite voucher and which period does it cover?

A composite filer uses AR1000CRV to identify a mailed payment for AR1000CR. The entity’s federal identification number is required; the voucher is not an individual shareholder’s SSN payment slip. The form provides an amended-return Yes/No choice.

The official PDF available at the source link is explicitly for 2024. Verify that the payment belongs to that return period before using it. The 2025 composite-return PDFs encountered during research were the main return, not this payment voucher; no later-year voucher is inferred from their filenames.

How to complete the entity and payment fields

Complete the voucher using the entity details on the composite return. The FEIN, payment and amendment fields are marked below.

Source: Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration. Entity FEIN, amount paid and amendment choice marked.
Field What to enter or check
Entity identity Federal identification number, name, mailing address, city, state, ZIP and telephone.
Period The preprinted year is 2024 and the due date April 15, 2025. Enter the fiscal year-end if applicable to the return.
Amount paid Amount remitted including cents. Do not substitute gross income, taxable income or the number of members.
Amended return? Select Yes for an amended-return payment; otherwise use No.
Processing information Retain DFA WEB/software information and the processing code; use the print control for the completed official copy.

The voucher has no signature block. Signature obligations on AR1000CR and the remittance remain separate. Detach the voucher along the dotted line; the form warns that failing to do so delays payment processing.

Two mailing destinations and what belongs in the envelope

For an AR1000CR already filed electronically, mail the voucher and check or money order to Arkansas State Income Tax, P.O. Box 8149, Little Rock, AR 72203-8149.

For a paper AR1000CR, send that return, AR1000CRV and the check or money order to Arkansas State Income Tax, P.O. Box 8056, Little Rock, AR 72203-8056. The paper composite address differs from the individual paper-payment address.

Make payment in U.S. dollars to Department of Finance and Administration and include the federal identification number and/or account number on the remittance. The form also identifies ATAP as an online payment option.

When this historical copy is appropriate

The printed April 15, 2025 deadline has passed. A payment voucher does not reopen an extension or erase late-payment consequences. For a later year or estimated installment, obtain the form for that period and payment type. For an existing 2024 assessed balance, confirm the amount and payment instructions with DFA before mailing.

Keep the detached-voucher copy, remittance and mailing proof with the composite filing records. Arkansas AR1055 concerns filing time and has its own scope; completing an extension document does not turn this historical voucher into a current-period payment.
